Delivery
We will always try our best to deliver according to your preferred timing.Based on our past experiences, usually we do not have any problem if delivery addresses are within mainland of Singapore and delivery timing between 10am to 10pm.
Special arrangement are required for deliveries to the following areas:
- deliveries to Sentosa additional $10 per delivery.
- deliveries to Jurong Island (please call us).
- deliveries to any high security areas, examples –airport/seaport cargo areas, refineries, shipyards etc. (please call us)
- Second-attempt, subsequent deliveries and redirections at $15 per attempted delivery.
Note: Above conditions do not apply on Valentine’s day
Cancellation
• All orders confirmed are non-refundable.• Should there be a cancellation on an order (excluding pre-ordered add-on items, such as cakes, fruits, wines..etc.) and delivery has not been attempted, Secret Garden will issue a voucher of the same value which can be used for the next purchase.
• However, if the delivery has been attempted, there will be no issuance of voucher and no cash refund.
Substitution
Secret Garden reserves the right to substitute any product//basket/container/flowers of equivalent or greater value in the event that those featured is/are unavailable at the time of ordering.
